FALSE FRIENDS
Never go to a pharmacy in an English speaking country asking for medicines for a "constipation" if your problem is a "constipado", you will get a "laxative" (that is "laxante") since "constipation" doesn't mean "constipado" but "estreƱimiento". You must ask for medicines for a "cold".
Like this word there many others that seem but have not the same meaning in Spanish and English.
